What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the Costco warehouse you selected. We also store your pizza quantities and the status of your order.

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to place your order. Your name is used during the phone call to identify the order. Your email is used to send a confirmation with your pickup time. Your phone number is collected in case we need to reach you about your order.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate PizzaDialer:

  • Bland.ai — powers the AI phone call. Your order details are shared with Bland.ai to place the call.
  • Stripe — processes payments when the convenience fee is charged. Stripe handles all card data; we never see or store your card number.
  • Resend — sends your order confirmation email.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data retention

Order records are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. We do not build profiles or use your data for marketing.

Cookies

PizzaDialer does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only cookies present are those set by Stripe during the checkout flow, which are necessary to process payments.
