What PizzaDialer does
PizzaDialer is an ordering assistant service. When you submit an order, our AI places a phone call to your selected Costco food court on your behalf and attempts to pre-order your pizzas. You pick up and pay for the pizzas directly at the Costco food court register. PizzaDialer does not sell food, handle food payments, or guarantee food availability.
Convenience fee
When payments are enabled, PizzaDialer charges a small convenience fee per order. This fee is authorized at checkout and only captured if our AI successfully confirms a pickup time with the food court. If the call fails, the food court does not answer, or no pickup time is obtained, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
No guarantees
We cannot guarantee that Costco food courts will accept phone orders, answer the phone, have your items in stock, or fulfill orders placed by our AI. Costco policies and food court availability vary by location and time of day. PizzaDialer is not liable for missed orders, unavailable items, or any inconvenience resulting from a failed or incomplete order.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the correct Costco location at or after the confirmed pickup time and paying for your order at the food court register. Prices, item availability, and hours are set by Costco and may change without notice.
Not affiliated with Costco
PizzaDialer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation. Costco® is a registered trademark of Costco Wholesale Corporation.
Limitation of liability
PizzaDialer's liability is limited to the convenience fee paid, if any. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
